Please contact us for more information regarding our warranties. All used pianos are backed with a 10 year limited warranty. All pianos are fully prepped, regulated, and up to pitch upon delivery.
All Hailun piano sales are backed with their 15 year transferrable warranty, the longest in the industry. At Hailun Piano Company, customer satisfaction is paramount. If you aren’t satisfied with your new Hailun piano purchase, they will replace it, simple as that. We fully prep and regulate all new pianos before delivery.
Our Full Value Upgrade Guarantee
In the market for a used or starter piano? We sell quality used brand name pianos such as Yamaha and Kawai. For those who want to upgrade at a future time to a new piano or from a vertical to a grand piano, we are now offering full trade in value of your previous instrument that you purchased from us. Your current instrument must be tuned every six months by a registered piano technician and properly maintained to qualify.
